I\'ve always found it funny how some items can have better quality, but others can\'t!! Why can a Wooden Club have quality but not a Scissor? Why can a Longneck Rifle have quality but not a Rocket Launcher? I was sick and tired of having to bring 10 Rocket Launcher with me, and constantly having to repair the scissors while shearing the Ovis.
Replaces the Scissors, Pliers and the Rocket Launcher with versions that can have quality. The quality of them ONLY affects there durability since for the first two they don\'t do damage, and the Rocket Launcher isn\'t really doing the damage either since it is the rocket that does that (and they removed it since it became to powerful).
THIS MOD DOES NOT ADD ANY DROP OF THOSE NEW ITEMS TO THE GAME. That you will have to do with in the game.ini. The spawncodes are the same as vanilla since these replace those.
If you remove the mod any scissors or rocket launcher from this mod will disappear. Doh!
I have not touched the Tek items for now. But there are already other mods out there that does that. But I could not find one that did it for Scissors or Pliers, and the once that modded the Rocket Launcher gave it higher damage.
And NO. This mod will NOT be ported to ASA because. A: I don\'t have a computer powerful enough to run ASA. B: I don\'t own ASA.

Also remaps the engrams even thou I didn\'t think I needed to, but got strange effects in the dev kit otherwise.
I\'m and old retires software engineer (not games thou) that have done mods for games like Conan Exile and Minecraft among others. I have used the Ark Dev kit for several years now, but never made a mod in it. I\'m still learning how to do stuff with it since it\'s very different then from how you do stuff for Conan Exile even thou it\'s basically the same tool. So I know what I\'m doing, but it just takes some time to learn the old dog to sit.
I may have missed some item that could use quality.
