Small mod that adds a craftable item called Z seed trainer; which will teach your iguanodon to eat Z fruits/grenades and will give you their seeds. It costs one thatch to craft; and works by applying a buff to the dino; so this mod is clean and stackable. You can feed it to other dinos, but they won't learn anything.
To use it; put it in your dino's inventory and feed (remote use) it to them. They won't eat it automatically.
