this will allow a server admin to invoke admin commands for a player through an RCON connection using their SteamID as a target.
the command structure is as follows:
scriptcommand exec
This is a beta build and it is unknown the conflicts that may arise but seeing as there is no ingame assets included it should work for all maps and with most mods.
