Aztec gods wants your blood, in exchange they will give you metal tools.
Requirements:
To unlock - Level 5 - Blood Extractor
Engrams: 0
Mats: You need 5 blood packs to craft it.
After that, the Aztec Altar will give you 1 Metal Pick, 1 Metal Hatchet and 1 Metal Sickle.
