Benchmark Results
For now, I will share this Google sheet of a data extract for official benchmark results. In the future I would like to have the website show results like this- just not sure when I will have the time. So in the meantime, you can see other results here:

This is a small stackable mod that can be used to get performance benchmark results for your Ark Server.
The test consists of spawning a test dino X number of times over Y seconds duration. The test dino is a Troodon that will not go into stasis and has logic that runs on server tick.
WARNING: this is intentionally brutal on the server- because the point of this is to see what a server can handle. The benchmark results can be used to compare servers with each other or to compare how your server runs with different settings enabled.
(-USEALLAVAILABLECORES etc).
The benchmark results are based on the Server Frames Per Second (SFPS) as well as the actual time it takes for the test to complete.
There are two types of benchmark tests: Official & Custom

Koz's Official Benchmark
This is intended to give the community a common test standard to compare against. You can run it like this:
RCON> scriptcommand benchmarkWhen complete official results will print to the server game log. You can either open the log on the server or use the 'getgamelog' rcon command to retrieve the results.
A URL to your results will be printed just below the detailed benchmark info in your logs.
You can use this to access your official results. (img is link)
Alternatively, in the event the post to serverbenchmark.app does not work, you can still copy/paste the benchmark logs here: (img is link)
You can then share your official results!

You can run your own benchmarks using parameters you decide. More is described in the Admin/Rcon Commands discussion.
Example Results (other details incl too):
ServerBenchmark Benchmark InitialSFPS: 912 / 1000
ServerBenchmark Benchmark FinalSFPS: 83 / 1000
ServerBenchmark Benchmark AvgSFPS: 551 / 1000
ServerBenchmark Benchmark Duration: 500 / 1000
ServerBenchmark Benchmark Score: 461 / 1000
- Will work for Any Map
- Admin/RCON Commands Control the Mod
- No players need to be logged in (RCON)
- Config Options & Cmd Params allow for custom control
- Results Json can be post to Web API (config)
- Config Settings can be temporarily changed via commands
Here is a simple example that will spawn 10k test dinos over 50 seconds.
scriptcommand servb dinotest 10000 50JSON Results can optionally be sent to a web service if you provide 'CallbackUrl' config setting. Here is an open-source simple example NodeJS project that can be used to accept these posts and write the JSON to file.
