Balanced for vanilla.
Would appreciate feedback and suggestions. Should be clean and Stackable with no issues.
The Utra Riffle fires Supercavitating ammo that works underwater and on land. It Has 2 fire modes, Regular (which has a small explosive charge to increase its damage), And Tranq mode when fired it applies a speacial coating of Ultra Narcotic Concentrate to the bullet and deactivates small explosive to lessen damage.

Ultra Rifle:
The Ultra Rifle has the power of the Longneack rifle but is like the scoped sniper rifle.
It can fire underwater as well as on land. Has 2 fire modes, Regular (which has a small explosive charge to increase its damage), And Tranq mode when fired it applies a speacial coating of Ultra Narcotic Concentrate to the bullet and deactivates small explosive to lessen damage. TOGGLE WITH Z KEY. Has an indicator on the rifle so you can know which mode it is in. Red for regular Green for Tranq as well as a hud message when changing. Now includes a flaslight and zoom scope.
Ultra Rifle round:
These supercavitating rounds are base on real bullets that can be fired and are effective underwater and in the air. Has a small explosive charge inside to increase its damage output.
Also when tranq mode is activated it works like the shocking tranq but without the shocking part. It also travels almost as fast as a regular round and has a slowing effect upon impact and the explosive charge is deactivated.
Ultra Narcotic:
10 times as powerful as regular narcotic.
Ultra Narcotic Concentrate:
A Very powerful narcotic used in the riffle to apply to the rounds as they are fired to make them tranqs.
You could consume it but I would not. It will probably kill you so use at your own risk.
Ultra Riot Helmet:
The Ultra Riot Helmet combines the Scuba Mask with the Night Vision of the Tek Helmet and obviously the Riot Helmet. Has a small rebreather to slow oxygen use while underwater. Hase a metal inner layer to increase protection. Effects are toggleable with the LEFT ALT key and require a double tap. And is slightly stronger and more durable. The SCUBA Rebreather mode slows oxygen consumption and stamina. If not mooving stamina will gain slightly. A FUEL SOURCE WILL BE ADDED LATER ON! something like a battery.
Ultra Workbench:
Used to craft all Ultra items.
I always wanted a gun that could fire underwater and in the air but wanted it to be at least a little realistic then I found out about these and decided I needed to make a mod.
I plan on adding other items later on.
