*****Found an acceptable 3D model for the gun, but do not have the required animations, is tehre anyone willing to help?*****

Allowed Equipping, you can fire it now!
Changed the texture on the 3D model.
Can be used on other maps now!

It finally works! A long time later and many trips through the dev kit forums you can learn the engram and fire the gun! It can onyl be crafted in the fabricator and a new fabricator must be made for it to work.
I'm not sure if I'll add in a new model for it, I don't really have the skill to do that. If someone would like to help me that would be fantastic!

Made the rifle texture different.

Added the engrams! Can be learned now!

Added extra engram points to very high levels to allow learning.
Added new Colors to the 3D model.
Lowered firing speed.
Raised cost of ammo.
