A simple mod to remove high tech engrams and simple gun engrams.

Items can still be spawned in by an admin or found in loot tables for supply crates, alpha dinos, and fishing. I may update the mod in future to edit the loot tables.
This mod is a successor to https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1534593566 which could not be updated due to being stored on a different computer.
