(update)
Currently ARKPlus (A+) is identical exactly to StructuresPlus (S+) before the 18 MAY update. I reverted all the changes I made in the previous A+ version solely so I can avoid receiving the new S+ update on my cluster as there were many many changes to S+ in the update and some of them have a detrimental impact on a PVP ecosystem and require planning and configuring and testing before implementing.
This is only temporary and I will not be advertising A+ in this current state due to the S+ mod author and his agreement to utilize his source files. I do not like that I had to go against his agreement since in its current state absolutely no changes or alterations are made in his source files. I do hope he allows this situation due to it being temporary and until the new S+ bugs are fixed and changes he added are more matured and tested.
On a side note the reason I did this is due to my cluster being a no wipe cluster. A large amount of changes and testing would have had to take place to accommodate the new S+ update and I had very little time to look at all the configurations and settings to adjust to balance of the cluster for the new update.
(the below information is the intent of the mod and work will start over once the s+ source code with new updates is published by orionsun)
ARKPlus (A+) is a forked continuation of StructuresPlus (S+) and is currently in very early development.
The intent of A+ is to continue development of the great mod orionsun created and put so much work into.
This mod and project will continue to stay open source so anyone can have access to the files and load it in to the ARK Dev Kit and contribute to bug fixes, code optimization the to do list. There will be a steam discussion dedicated for helping out.
See this discussion for a comprehensive list of things on the agenda to fix, change, add, remove, and optimise.
Since this mod is in very early development I am open to any design suggestions for branding, logos, or any type of artwork that may be needed.
This will be a very very community driven project. The more help there is, the more gooder the project will become :)
