Just a simple mod to add a metal arrow which deals torpor. Learned at the same level for the same engram points as the standard metal arrow. Crafted in your inventory with one metal arrow and two narcotics. 90 base damage, 2x instant torpor, 2.5x torpor over 5 seconds.
Base damage and instant torpor can be adjusted via ini options:
BaseDamage=(any number you want)
TorporDmg=(1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10)
Due to the way ARK calculates damage, the actual damage done will be higher than what the base damage is set to. For example: if you set the base damage to 40, a fully drawn shot with a 100% damage compound bow will deal 54 damage.
Due to the way Wildcard set up weapons, the actual torpor-per-damage multiplier can't be adjusted through ini options, so to get around this I made a bunch of different damage types with different multipliers pre-set. What you set TorporDmg to tells the mod which damage type to use. If you set it to a number other than one listed above, it will default to 2x.
The torpor-over-time cannot be adjusted, as that would require setting up variations on the existing damage types. I already have 18, adding even three options would be a massive number of files and variables.
