Automatically adjusts your server rates, to match official servers

- This mod will check and adjust your server rates, to be exactly like the official servers.
It will check on startup and then at every 60 minutes.
- This mod is great if you want your unofficial server rates to match official ark servers, without worrying to reboot the server to manually adjust them, whenever begins or ends an ark evolution event.
- It will adjust the following rates:
> TamingSpeedMultiplier
> HarvestAmountMultiplier
> XPMultiplier
> MatingIntervalMultiplier
> BabyMatureSpeedMultiplier
> EggHatchSpeedMultiplier
> CropGrowthSpeedMultiplier
> CustomRecipeEffectivenessMultiplierData provided by http://arkdedicated.com/dynamicconfig.ini
- No more need to add ini option to multiply by your server rates.
The mod will now always calculate your rates accordingly to this list:
TamingSpeedMultiplier=Saved*Official
HarvestAmountMultiplier=Saved*Official
XPMultiplier=Saved*Official
MatingIntervalMultiplier=Saved/(1.0/Official)
BabyMatureSpeedMultiplier=Saved*Official
EggHatchSpeedMultiplier=Saved*Official
CropGrowthSpeedMultiplier=Saved*Official
CustomRecipeEffectivenessMultiplier=Saved*Official
- If you want your server rates to be always like the official servers
then set all the above multipliers to 1

DEVELOPMENT NOTICE
It's been a long and rough ride, but i enjoyed creating this mod. I've learned so much about UE, was fun to play and mod.
I've received so many good comments, along with other not so good(you know who you are).
Anyway, i'm not playing ark anymore, and i'm not interested in modding anymore. All my work has been created to give a better ark experience, and has been from my own research. I will however not tolerate the use of my pictures/description in your own work without my consent and propper attribution.
