THIS IS AN ALTERED VERSION OF MY NO COLLISION STRUCTURES MOD AS A SPECIAL REQUEST BY ANOTHER PLAYER.
What it does is removes the need for core game part engrams to be used. It also makes the no collision part engrams cost the number of engram points that the core ones did.
