This mod allows you to build your own element node that when fed element will give nearby dinos more mutation rolls for the offspring.
The buff lasts 30 minutes by default and cannot be fired again within that time but if you have more than one of these they can stack up to 2 times or higher.

ElementCost is how much element per use that is required to use the mutator.
MaxRange is the range that you can set the mutator to affect nearby dino's for and can be decreased/increased via the radial wheel.
Cooldown is how long in seconds that both the buff lasts for and how long before you can use the mutator again (default 30 mins).
MutationStacks is how many mutations can stack for each parent, so if set to 2 you can have at most 4 new mutations between both parents on a new baby. (max value 5)
AllowPickup lets you pickup the mutator after placing it down.
BuffTimer Allows you to see how long in seconds that the buff has left on the dino hud and must be manually enabled.
BonusGestation set to true by default which gives affected female dino's a faster gestation timer.
GestationSpeed is the multiplier for the gestation speed when BonusGestation is set to true.
