Adds a new craftable type of meat.

- Engram costs 1 point, lets you craft 1000 Super Dino Meat from one normal meat
- Doesn't spoil
- Not edible for players
- All dinosaurs will eat it, even herbivores
- Can be used to instantly tame any tameable dinosaur (first time they eat)
Made this for my own server, but you can use it if you don't like waiting a long time for tames or having to make sure your dinos are fed all the time.
