Inspired by Milow's Personal Beacons mod http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=725488133.
It requires 1 stone to craft (resource free was causing issues)
This only has one color option right now (blue) and the cylinder is a little wide. Working on more colors and the cylinder size.
This also functions as a omni lamp with no power requirement because that is what I based the structure off of.
