This Plasma Rifle is like the Tek Rifle but fires more rapidly and has more damage.
Note I took the overheating mechanism away because it was causing problems.
canno't fire under water

The Plasma Rifle requires lev 100, required engram points 80. The Plasma Energy requires lev 100 and the Plasma Rifle to be unlocked

The Weapon has 100 Bullets per mag
