Ark Aufs Maul (Limited Life)

For the german Ark auf's Maul game, but can be used by everyone.
If a player dies, he/she looses 1 live.
If lives are 0, the player is not able to respawn (except admins).
Shows a death message and plays a sound to each player, if the player died.
Number of lifes is saved on game end.

New ini option: "PreventGlobalNotification"

To reset all player data :
To show a player list:
An admin can change the number of lifes for each player in game or can block his/her next spawn.
Players with 0 lives left can be either set to not spawn in again or to be in spectator mode (see below)
GameUserSettings.ini
Number of lives (default is 5 lives)
0 to 3 four different death sounds if a player dies, all players hear the sound
This is the death message. PLAYERNAME will be replaced with the player name,
DEATH will be replaced with the number of deaths and LIVES will be replaced by the number of lives automatically.
Set to True and the player with 0 lifes is able to spawn a new char.
If true then only the player who died will see the death message.
