I will no longer use the dev kit to update this. If you want to continue using this mod, please check the discussions for the INI beacons that are the same thing but without the mod. I will keep those up to date. Feel free to add me on steam if you have any questions.

Original description
All credit for this mod goes to McShooterz, as it was his mod originally. I simply just took out the resources for servers that use stack mods.
Makes supply drops and contain only blueprints of all know qualities and adds blueprints not normally found in supply drops. Each tier will only contain items for that tier, so red drops and crates will only have end game blueprints. You should be able to get a blueprint for any craftable item in the game from supply drops, and my new lists have it so all items are pretty much equally likely, so you should not be getting Water Jars, Compasses, and Medium plots all the time with this.

Blueprint count by supply drop color:
White: 4-8
Green: 3-6
Blue: 2-4
Purple: 2-3
Yellow: 1-3
Red: 1-2
Blueprint chance based on 1.0 difficulty offset or 4.0 difficulty value:
33% - non quality items like structures
33% - primitive to journeyman
23% - primitive to mastercraft
10% - primitive to ascendant

After installing the mod locally, you should copy this directory to the same place on your dedicated server:
