This mod is currently not working due to the latest update. I have no plans to fix this or continue playing ARK. The link below has the source files, in case anyone wants to take over the project or create their own similar mod. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Designed for singleplayer or small PVE groups, this "total conversion" mod rebalances many features of the game to cut down on the grind and make many obstacles a little easier.

A Note on Total Conversions:
Total conversion mods behave differently from other mods. You have to select it from the main menu (not the mods list). It should show up on the bottom right. You can't swap it in and out with the same save (You need to start a new game). Also, load times are insane for total conversions (15+ minutes from the main menu is normal, I asked). There's no getting around this if you want many of the changes in this mod.
Work In Progress:
There are a lot of things I'd like to do, but I'm either still learning the dev kit or waiting on potential changes from the Extinction DLC. I'm also currently playing with the mod and coming up with new ideas as I hit obstacles. I'm also tweaking changes as I play.
Feedback:
If you have played singleplayer ARK and found elements frustrating, please post your thoughts in the discussion section. There is a lot to the game and I can only balance what I know could use fixing (or what I find exploring the dev kit).
Recommended Mods:
-End Game Beacons (also by me)
-a reusable utility items mod (grapling hook, parachute,...)
Not Recommended Mods:
-Item stacking (included, and will override some changes). If you are already using a stacking mod I'd recommend keeping it unless you backup your save and test your game without. Otherwise you risk losing items.
