Adds a new NON-Craftable item to the game, the Bag of Holding.
Each Bag of Holding can hold a limited, although configurable, amount of items. Depending on the rarity of the Bag of Holding, the maximum amount of items and the weight reduction on those items, increases. For example: A primitive may have 100 slots with a 10% weight reduction, while a Mastercraft may have 500 slots and 90% reduction in weight. These settings are configurable via ini configs.
If you lose the Bag of Holding, any items within are lost to you forever.
As it is not craftable, nor do I think it should be since the quality of the bag has a profound impact upon it, I recommend adding them to loot tables(beacons, bosses, etc) or giving them out as prizes.

QualityMaxItems = A comma separated list. Maximum amount of items the bag can hold, based upon item rarity. Primitive through Ascendant.
QualityWeightReduction = A comma separated list. What percent of weight will the bag weigh, based on it's contents. Primitive through Ascendant.

Usage:
- Find a Bag of Holding.
- Use the bag.
- Your Bag of Holding will appear before you, in the world.
- Place whatever items you wish into the bag.
- Close the bag.

How to Obtain a Bag of Holding:
