Central air and heating finally brings the ease of comfort to your home. Simply attach it to a wall, and select whether you want the heat or a/c to be active. This mod will apply a moderate temperate buff to all players within the house. Requires electricity to run.
This mod works differently than other buffs. Instead of applying a massive aoe buff that just makes you invincible to weather, it only gives you some warmth if you're standing on the floor of your home - just attach it to any wall that's connected to your floor!
