Makes ziplines infinitely long with multiple speeds
Also includes locator beacon item (basically just an emissive vertical pipe)

Known bugs:
Actual cable disappears when too far away from the first anchor if the zipline is too long (Still works though!) (Big reason why the beacon thing was added so you can find the anchor points more easily)
The second anchor shot still has the short limit, so if you shoot the first really far away and then the second nearby its easier. I removed the gravity on the projectile so its easier to aim the first shot long distances.
UPDATE: On multiplayer it seems the anchors don't work currently when the map section they are in is unloaded, I will try to fix this soon. It works properly for singleplayer though it seems.
