This problem is generated by a miss coding on the main file of each mod (PrimalGameData_BP_namemod).
Because of a bad "generic mod" exemple, 99% of mods use the file as exemple, but it doesn't take in listing thoses items.
My mod provide a clean PrimalGameData_BP_ file to fix this problem.
By a little hack, I successfully coded it with new Scorched Items, without waiting the next UnrealEngineEditor ArkDevKit Update

Admin - How to use this mod

Install this mod in your server, by uploading the folder761422516
and the file
761422516.mod
directly in your server's path YourServerLocation/ShooterGame/Content/Mods/

Active the mod in your server by adding this line in your YourServerLocation/ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/GameUserSettings.ini :ActiveMods=7614225163
Simply restart your server to apply your changes.If a player own Scorched Earth DLC, he will have the two skins, Thorny Dragon Saddle Skin and Safari Hat Skin, directly in his inventory each time he spawn.
If a player own Ark since the beta, he will have the tree skins, Hunter Hat Skin and Parasaur ARK Founder Saddle Skin and Dino Glasses, directly in his inventory each time he spawn.
If a player own The Stomping Land in his game collection, he will have the Rex Stomped Glasses Saddle Skin directly in his inventory each time he spawn.
