Adds a new NON-Craftable item to the game. a Hexagon Cookie.
Eating the cookie grants you Hexagons. The quality of the cookie determines the amount of Hexagons.
Configure the amount of Hexagons granted based on the quality, ini config.
This is, obviously, not craftable. I recommend adding to loot tables.

Starting at primitive and ending at ascendant, the amount of Hexagons granted per cookie.
