几千年来，中国古代神话的这种尚德精神影响着人们对历史人物的品评与现实人物的期望，决定着社会对人们进行教育的内容与目的，甚至也影响着20世纪以来中国现代文明的走向。

The mythical figures of ancient Chinese mythology are the deified characters recorded in ancient Chinese or historical classics, such as Pangu, Fu Xi, Nu Wa, Yan Di, Huang Di, Zhuan Xu, emperors, Yao, Shun, Yu, Chang'e, Jiang Ziya, and so on, and their virtues and deeds are widely spread in the folk. But in ancient Chinese mythological figures, there are other kinds of monster characters, of course, they are cruel to the people.
For thousands of years, the Suntech spirit of ancient Chinese mythology has influenced people's evaluation of historical figures and expectations of real people, and determines the content and purpose of the society to educate people, and even the trend of Chinese modern civilization since twentieth Century.
