重新添加了沙丘越野车，不再是一个完全转换的模组。

Re-added Dune buggy, no longer a total conversion mod.
Steering currently WIP, if you switch into first person and third person you might be able to steer with A&D while in Third-Person.
Third-Person steer with mouse.
First-Person steer with A&D.
-Updates: Currently unavailable
*Updated engrams to current patch v253.9.
*Tested on TheIsland & TheCenter.
*Item id is 416 so do cheat giveitemnum 416 1 0 0
*Works on dedicated and singleplayer.
*If you'd like to tinker with the driving physics a bit on dedicated servers then head over to your server's .INI and just mess about with the settings below until you find the right ones for yourserver. change:
"steamapps\common\ARK\Projects\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsServer\Engine.ini"
[/script/engine.physicssettings]
Server_MaxSubsteps=5
Server_MaxSubstepDeltaTime=0.1
*Added to engrams list and created blueprint which requires resources.

*Allow more people to get in the dune buggy.
*Lower noise of the dune buggy.
*Add more vehicles.
I want to do a lot of things with this but I have very little time but I will at least try to keep it up to date for current and upcoming versions of Ark.
