This mod is made by Ionic.
This mod adds in one item called the "DNA Slicer". This item makes your dinos have babies with mutations. this effect lasts for quite some time. I will be working on this mod to add config options later.
spawning in (basic not bp set)
cheat gfi mutation 1 0 0
Gives each baby 5 mutations into 3 stats if consumed by both parents. the effect lasts for a long time and possibly might be permanent. not sure about transferring or cryopods but the effect could be permanent.
Comment down below if I should add higher/lower intensity recipes for cheaper crafts.
