It was fun. Maybe one day I'll have time to get back into this.
This mod attempts to make a balanced high speed (10X+) server where you start with Tek Armor!
(No element, no rifle)
Meant to be used with Element Crafting Station 859041479

This mod has to be first to work, and will not work with other mods that have to be first like Difficulty+ or Annunaki.
Your server will probably want boosted stats for players and dinos.
If you just want to try the Tek tier, including rifle, I recommend my other mod, TekStart

4-21-17 Reworked armors, now 3 tiers
NoobTek – Infinite durability, cannot be upgraded, green animations
CheapTek- basically just vanilla Tek armor, slightly increased armor
UberTek – endgame Tek armor, ridiculously fast and strong, red animations
Added two ways to craft element, both slow and meant for servers with boosted stats
Added 3 uber healing items
Healing Beer
Uber Veggie Cake
Super Meat Bouquet
This was made and updated for my server, Tekfight
It seems to work with many other mods, here's the list I have running

Max Player Level 105 Max Wild Dino Level 150
Player and dino perlevel stat boosts:
Player: HPX2 StamX2 OxyX2 FoodX4 WaterX4 WeightX4 MeleeX2 FortX4 CraftX5
WildDino: HPX2 StamX2 OxyX2 FoodX2 WeightX4 MeleeX2 SpeedX4
TamedDino: HPX1.25 StamX1.5 OxyX1.5 FoodX2 WeightX4 MeleeX1.5 SpeedX1.5
1.25x dino count
10x tame
10x XP
10x harvest
10x egg hatch speed - (up to 20x with incubator)
10x mature
Corpses last 50% longer
Crosshair with enabled hitmarker and floating damage
Third person allowed
Map location marker enabled
Dinos mate 10x sooner
Any tribe member can imprint
All engrams unlockable at lvl100
Longer days, short nights
Slightly slower player food/water/stamina drain
Slightly faster resource respawn
Resources respawn slightly closer to buildings and players
Crops grow faster
No tribute downloads
