Thanks everyone its been great and thanks for subscribing to my mod but I no longer have the time to support it, I apologize to the people who have had issues lately I would have loved to fix the issues for you.
I will be leaving this mod up as is but I have given the source to Don Camillo who has a UI mod which has taken ideas from this one its called WBUI, I think he will be able to make something great and I think he has a bit more time than me.

Rules \ Server UI Mod
This mod is a customizable information UI, it allows players to easily display information in game set by the server admins, for example Rules, Mods, Status, Role playing synopsis, what ever the admins want really, there are 4 tabs with up to 4 panels each that can have their titles\subject and body changed along with a main heading\servername. Also included are currently 4 buttons to launch website links\voicechat links.
- Activated using "F1", "Home", "Del", or "`" (Grave) buttons set by server admin., F1 is default
- Universal works with most servers (See known issues)
- Several different themes
- Mod doesn't require player to die first to be activated like other static UI mods
- Works for dedicated servers only (No single player support, not sure why you would need it)
- Currently only a max of 4 tabs can be specified.
- 1-4 Panels\Text boxes per tab.
- Can be set to open when player starts the game with a auto close as well
- Button for access to UI can be set to show in game (in same area as buffs and debuffs)
Known Issues:
- Black smoke background no longer works
- Currently does not work with Total Conversions (includes Primitive Plus), from what I can tell you can't mod them so if anyone has a way please tell me (May have a fix for this thanks to Qowyn)
- If player dies while zelur is open they can't close it (workaround for now is logout and back in.)
- If open on start is turned on and player dies it will pop Zelur (not sure how to fix this one. May also have a fix for this thanks to Qowyn)
