Adds a floating arena shaped like a giant coliseum to the southeast of the Ragnarok map.
- The arena has a protective barrier at its top to prevent objects from entering or exiting "overhead," but has gaps underneath and an entrance for players.
- Building is possible inside and outside the arena.
- A teleport platform is added to each obelisk that leads directly to the arena, and teleporters are added to the obelisks within the arena.
