(JEM) Additional Darts v1.19

• Projectiles: Blue dart, Purple Dart, a Yellow Dart, Green Dart, Advanced Sniper Bullet (JEM)
  
• Guns: Advanced Sniper Rifle (JEM), Advanced Sniper Rifle (Fully Upgraded)(JEM)
  

• Added INI options for Dart Damage, speed, and gravity! Details below.
  
• New Advanced Sniper and Fully Upgraded version with a zoomable Scope (Thanks to Jslay!), Flashlight, Extended Magazine, and Silencer Available! Feedback on these requested.
  
• New Crosshairs applied for each dart type!
  
• Crafting recipe to turn the new attachments back into a regular attachment! Works for any of my mods attachments by default.
  
• Attachments for the Green dart are finished!
  

Notes

1. The Yellow Dart is not currently working as intended. Only add's hunger while dino is asleep/tranqed. I've spent hours testing this thing but I simply cannot get it to add a reasonable amount of hunger unless the dino is asleep. I have no idea why. If anyone knows anything about this please contact me!
   
2. The new Advanced Sniper Rifle currently uses the same damage values as the Longneck, but this will be changed next patch. The values given for "Sniper" below are for the hitscan version which will soon be deprecated.

• Longneck: 2 Damage | 200 Instant | 100 over 3/s | 300 Total Torpor | 150 tpd (Torpor Per Damage)

2. ---Purple Tranq Dart (Medium):---

• Longneck: 10 Damage | 200 Instant | 250 over 3/s | 450 Total Torpor | 45 tpd

3. ---Yellow Tranq Dart (Medium/Hunger):---

• Same Damage and Torpor as the Purple Dart, but with the added effect of making dinos hungry in exchange for lowering taming effectiveness. Usefull if you want to tame something quickly but don't care about the extra levels. 110 Hunger added per shot.
  
• NOTE: Currently not working as intended. Needs some tweaking for the damage. Only add's hunger while dino is asleep/tranqed.
