Adds A WoodSpoiler And MeatSpoiler Ingame
100% inspired by a mod I have been using and loving for a long time.. To the creator of the green meat spoiler, you saved me so much time in my games before I ever looked at the ark dev kit and so many saved hours of finger aches ctrl dragging 1 piece of meat off at a time, you are a legend for the time and effort you saved me.
Added an inspired variant of the meat spoiler, beautiful chrome finish.
Added a second spoiler for turning wood into charcoal, this is my solution to running many campfires at the same time for charcoal.
