Adds the ability to craft a pike with a narcotic tip. It hits with the same effectiveness as the tranquilizer dart, but has a higher torpor multiplier.
Costs 1 primitive pike, 10 narcotic, and 5 cementing paste.
Can be crafted in your inventory once the engram is unlocked.
