Wanted to make a tranq that also took down the food.
Was made for the server group that i play with, but decided everyone could try it.

Mod 1.1 Requirements
Materials needed.
-30 Narcotic
-5 Stimulant
-1 metal ingot
-1 simple rifle bullet
Engram lvl 35
Engram cost 1
Adds 100 health to erase any damage done by the tranq.
Does at least 3000 Topor.
Will have to do more testing to find out exact amount
I am now working on an entire range of tranqs. for most weapons. When done they will replace this one.
