Note: I'm no longer working on this mod and won't be updating it in future. The files were lost to force majeure and I'm no longer interested in ARK myself.
Also note: A lot of the graphical elements of the arena (depicted in the images) were removed in final release after the modding competition. The elements (like mushrooms, grass, particle effects) were causing performance issues for people without high-end machines. Blame the developers of the game for their poor optimisation!
This arena is considerably larger than that made available in other mods, and it's also flat. The four corners each have their own colour assigned, noted by the colour of the floating sprites. Its location is above the larger portion of the south ocean on TheIsland, at approximately 85, 35. I recommend setting your view distance to high or epic.
Don't forget to rate the mod if you like it!
